Colin (MM 2012, PSD 2014, Mannes College, BM 2010, Virginia Commonwealth University) performs regularly throughout the Northeast in groups ranging from small chamber settings to full symphony orchestras and operas. In addition to adjunct performing and orchestral mentoring with Mannes Prep, the Precollege Division of Manhattan School of Music, and Adelphi University Symphony, Colin is principal bassoon of The Bergen Symphony Orchestra, Ensemble 212, Manhattan Opera Studio, and more. In the greater NYC metropolitan area, Colin performs with groups such as the Yonkers Philharmonic Orchestra, the Garden State Philharmonic and Adelphi Chamber Orchestra. A passionate advocate of baroque and renaissance music, Colin was thrilled to become a member of the New York Kammermusiker in Spring 2015 and joined them on their summer tour. As a soloist, Colin made his debut with The Chelsea Symphony in 2013 performing Mathieu Lussier’s Le Dernier Chant d’Ophelie.
