The Chelsea Symphony is deeply saddened by the loss of Blair Lawhead, a colleague and friend of the orchestra. As one of the first members of TCS, his vision and energy was key in shaping our orchestra into what it is today. A celebrity in his community, the flamboyant “Mayor of Chelsea” lived with unrestrained passion, laughter and joy. May the spirit of those days never die. Blair, we thank you; we remember you and your twinkly blue eyes; and we honor you.
